Ever meet someone and feel like you have known this person before? Or that you have so many connections and similarities that it’s like you should be their sister or family? Well, I had that moment with Eric and Emily.  The moment Emily stepped into my studio, we instantly clicked. Everything from our style to the fact she and her family purchase and lived in my husbands childhood home. Moments like these make me so happy…

So when their wedding day came along, I was so giddy to photograph these two. Their love is infectious. You can see Emily standing at the alter whispering “I love you” to Eric. On the dance floor, Eric turns to smirk and smile at his new bride.  During our sunset photo session, they just giggle and lock eyes. Soul mates like these two are the reason I love  my job. I love photographing love…

Sweet Elyse and Chris.  The perfect wedding day.  When Hurricane Sandy hit our shores, Elyse and Chris had to reschedule their November wedding. During the whole tragedy I heard nothing but peace and calm from Elyse. There was no worry or fear in her voice. So when approaching her wedding day, I knew John and I were in for a treat.

We all gushed and were in awe of how stunning Elyse was in her wedding dress.  Pure perfection! And to top the day off, John and I were able to get an personal escort onto Sandy Hook Lighthouse- the site where Chris proposed to Elyse.  Such an amazing moment.
